DOLPH'S THOUGHTS:
Hong Kong action wizard John Woo directed it. He is a perfectionist, liked to do a lot of takes, continually rewriting the script, but the result was very good. It was a lot of hard work for everybody on the set, but it seems like, with John Woo, no matter how many takes you do, people just love working with him, nobody complains -especially not me. I was very pleased to get to work with him.

More than action, he focused on the dramatic scenes, developing this warm relationship between my character and this 9 year old girl, who I'm hired to protect in the picture.

There was a scene in the film where this model/client had over dosed on pills, and to keep her awake I had to walk her around the room, John Woo changed the scene and instead of walking with her, I had to dance with her, a South American salsa. So I had to take dance lessons at night, while shooting the picture in the day. Unfortunately in the final version that scene was cut. I don´t know why. I thought my dancing was terrific.
